Vango has prepared and negotiated many Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) for project delays and calculated damages related to those delays. Our staff has authored a number of expert reports addressing:

We have worked with clients to resolve disputes during negotiation and in mediation. On those occasions when negotiations fail, Vango has worked with counsel to prepare interrogatories, participate in discovery, prepare affidavits regarding technical findings, and testify as expert witnesses.
